Captain’s House
Once home for Captains harboring their ships in Duck Creek, this beautiful manse reflects the inimitable ethos and elegance of Wellfleet and Cape Cod. The Captains House serves as the reception for the entirety of The Copper Swan. The first level offers a living/sitting area, a dining space for continental breakfast and evening cocktail events, an outer covered porch, and a rear deck. The dwelling is comprised of 18 guest rooms, on three levels, in varying composition.
The Captain’s Room
Incredible views and ample space define what is truly “The Captain’s Room”.
This room has amazing views of beautiful sunsets. It is ‘The Captain’s King’ equipped with a king sized bed complete with luxurious linens, a decorative fireplace, seating area and a claw foot tub.
Sweet Seasons Suite
Sweet seasons is a 2 bedroom suite. One antique double (full) bed, fit for a princess and one four poster queen. It has a small entrance hall with one private bathroom complete with shower and claw foot tub servicing both bedrooms.
The adjoining Holbrook King Bedroom can be rented separately giving the option for a 3 bedroom 2 bath configuration, subject to availability.
Salt
This first floor King room has beautiful views overlooking the back of the property, including thee Savannah Deck and Hawes Pond. The room is equipped with a king-bed adorned with luxurious linens, a small seating area, and boast an antique claw foot tub.
Light

Moo + Judy
This two-bedroom, second level suite is extremely private, having its own hallway to access each room and the shared en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are classic accommodations with queen-sized beds and a small seating area.
Reef
This second floor, room has a king-sized bed, small seating area, and gorgeous views overlooking tthe rear of the property.
Cove
This second floor, room has a king-sized bed, small seating area, and gorgeous views overlooking tthe rear of the property.
Harbor
This second floor room has two double beds and a small seating area. There is a reading nook adjaccent to the guest room door.
Wharf
This second floor room has a queen-sized bed and small seating area.
Bay
Located on the second floor, maybe the most adorable on-site. The exquisite antique furniture was retained from the prior operation but updated with new bedding. The double bed and matching pieces would remind you of dollhouse furniture. This room has the ability to adjoin to the Sweet Seasons Suite; but, can be booked independently as well.
The Great Room
There is only one of its kind on the property, and it is the largest room accommodation, offering a 3rd-floor skylight view of Duck Creek and the Bay Marsh.
Set up as a large studio with two queen-sized beds, small futon, shower, a living area, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is inclusive of a small refrigerator and coffee maker.
Gull
Located on the 3rd floor of the Captain’s house, Gull has two full beds adorned with luxurious lineens and an adjacent a sitting area. The four 3rd floor suites are excellent accommodations for parties that would like a lot of space and to stay in proximity to one another.
Long
