Planning a meeting, retreat or gathering?  Our 5-acre property is located in picturesque Wellfleet, MA the heart of the Outer Cape. The Inn offers 22 guests rooms which can sleep 60 guests and includes continental breakfast.  We have on-site catering with meeting rooms and space for up to 100 people. The Sail Loft – Our largest space with seating for up to 100 guests for a plated or buffet dinner, and up to 120 participants in theatre-seating for lectures, video presentations and meetings. Featuring dark wood floors, natural, warm color palette of blue and white, a private entrance, light filled windows overlooking Hawes pond, a built-in bar and adjustable lighting.
